Potential volunteers might feel like they’ll be totally on their own, fending for themselves in their new lives in Latin America. However, most nonprofits do offer valuable benefits to volunteers, in order to help them get settled in and prepared for their volunteer experience. Below, four volunteer coordinators share some of the benefits of working at their nonprofit organization in Guatemala.</p>
